Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation by phone or online to help you decide if I am the right therapist for you.

I am currently seeing clients in person at my private practice in Harpenden. I also see clients online using a secure and confidential video platform. Sessions are for 50 minutes. I offer short and long term therapy. 

 I accept referrals from insurance providers, including AXA, WPA, Vitality and Aviva.
