Initial Consultation

I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation by phone or online.

I am currently seeing clients in person at my private practice in Harpenden. I also see clients online using a secure and confidential video platform. Sessions are for 50 minutes.

I am passionate about teaching psychotherapy and sharing my knowledge of the therapeutic process and human experience. I am currently a visiting lecturer at Regent's University, London and have conducted workshops and talks at various companies and education organisations.
