Initial Consultation

Building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for therapeutic effectiveness. Therefore, I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation by phone or online to help determine whether I am the right therapist for you.

I am currently seeing clients in person at my private practice in Harpenden. I also see clients online using a secure and confidential video platform. Sessions are for 50 minutes. I accept referrals from all major insurance providers, including AXA, WPA, Vitality and Aviva.

I am passionate about teaching psychotherapy and sharing my knowledge of the therapeutic process and human experience. I am currently a visiting lecturer at Regent's University, London and have conducted workshops and talks at various companies and education organisations.
